I (the authorized contact above) hereby request a temporary exemption under Agriculture and Markets Regulations, 1 NYCRR Part 224.6(d), to use half-pricing for petroleum product sales. I certify that the dispensing equipment for which this exemption is requested has mechanical type registers that cannot compute at the current price per gallon. I further certify that attempts have been made to obtain appropriate equipment to comply with the current requirements but these have been unsuccessful because of short supply. I understand that the exemption, if granted, will be temporary and that pricing displays on dispensers must be altered to conform to the provisions of the regulations marked in boldface type on the second page of this application. I will also maintain the appropriate “pump topper” price signs at the full price per gallon on the dispenser.
